Why Work With Me?
What is ADHD?

Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder — more commonly known as ADHD — is a common neurodevelopmental condition. Although awareness of ADHD has increased, there’s still more work needed as ADHD continues to be surrounded by stigma and misunderstanding. People who live with this condition are often labeled as “lazy” or scatter-brained, which isn’t true.
Visual symbols can be an important part of spreading awareness. One ADHD awareness symbol is the rainbow butterfly. To many people, this represents the idea that ADHD is colourful and full of possibility — not something to hide.
How does PJ ADHD work to help?
Our primary specialisms are to help people with known ADHD through careful coaching sessions and, for those who believe they have ADHD, to give assistance in navigating the diagnosis process. This includes NHS, Right to Choose and Private. When you contact us, Peter Wilson, PJ ADHD’s founder and specially trained ADHD coach and adviser, will outline the choices that are available to you and how you can book the personal online sessions at a time that will be convenient for you. There are sessions available during evenings and weekends and face-to-face coaching and advice is also available if living in Oxfordshire.
