Parental Coaching

Living with ADHD myself, I understand first-hand the challenges and strengths that come with a neurodiverse brain. Alongside this personal experience, I have first-hand experience of parenting children with ADHD and securing the best possible outcomes.

This experience shapes my coaching approach today. I work with parents to develop practical, constructive strategies that work with a neurodiverse brain rather than against it.

My coaching provides tools to reduce conflict at home, strengthen relationships, and help parents understand the powerful impact shame can have on young people with ADHD—so that families can replace frustration with connection, confidence and lasting change.
