Workplace Mediation
Workplace conflict can quickly disrupt team relationships, morale, and productivity. I provide a responsive and confidential workplace mediation service designed to address issues early and help colleagues move forward constructively.
Following an initial consultation with the employer to understand the situation, I work swiftly to meet with the individuals involved to hear their perspectives in a safe and impartial setting. Where appropriate, I then facilitate a structured joint or group mediation, allowing those involved to explore the issues openly, rebuild communication, and work towards a practical resolution.
At the conclusion of the mediation, I can report back to the organisation where agreements have been reached and assist the parties in creating clear written commitments for moving forward. I also follow up a few weeks later to check in with those involved and ensure that the agreements and improvements have been successfully embedded.
The aim is always to restore professional working relationships, reduce ongoing conflict, and help teams return to a more productive and positive working environment.
Peter has completed numerous successful workplace mediations across the military and commercially.
