I provide independent workplace assessments and mediation for employers supporting staff with ADHD. Drawing on my experience as an HR professional and workplace mediator. I can also provide workplace presentations on neurodiversity to managers and staff.

PJ ADHD’s Simple 3-Step Workplace Adjustment Process

1. Workplace Assessment
I meet with the employer and the employee to discuss the challenges being experienced at work and to explore practical solutions. The discussion is structured, confidential and focused on understanding how ADHD may be affecting work tasks, communication, organisation or environment.

2. Agreement on Practical Adjustments
Through a facilitated discussion, we identify sensible and workable adjustments that support the employee while also meeting the operational needs of the organisation. The aim is to reach a balanced agreement that improves performance, reduces friction and works for both parties.

3. Clear Documentation and Compliance
Following the meeting, I provide the employer with a draft letter confirming the agreed adjustments, along with a draft communication for the employee. This ensures clarity, creates a record of the agreement and helps employers demonstrate compliance with the Equality Act.
